| 1. This product disperses in hot water, dissolves in common organic solvents, and exhibits excellent emulsifying and lubricating properties. 2. It has strong emulsifying effects on No. 58 paraffin wax. The wax emulsion prepared with this product is fine and stable, widely applicable in fiberboard processing, textile, and paper industries. |

| 1. Generally, for No. 58 paraffin wax, the solid content of the wax emulsion (including paraffin and emulsifier) is 20%~30%, with emulsifier dosage at 35% of the paraffin amount. For example, to prepare 100Kg of 30% wax emulsion, use 70Kg water, 23Kg paraffin, and 7Kg emulsifier. 2. Preparation process: Heat measured water to 80~90°C; simultaneously, mix measured emulsifier with measured paraffin and heat until melted; then add this mixture into the hot water and stir uniformly. Maintain temperature for 10min, then cool to obtain a concentrated emulsion with blue fluorescence. (For reference) |
